With over 25 years of experience in Hospitality, Julio decided that it was time for a new chapter, opening up the first branch of Metro Italia in North London.
Following the success of the first branch in Mill Hill, Metro Italia expanded to create the second restaurant in the high street of Ruislip, at a short distance from the famous Ruislip Lido.
Julio's drive to expand continued, and decided to build a new dining area catering to over 80 people.
Perfect for a warm summer evening, the brand new "Al Fresco" area offers sitting in an outdoor environment, to have a breath of fresh air while dining. With heating to give warmeth in colder evenings.
Throughout the 20 years of Metro history, many things have changed, but one thing always remained the same, the passion for food and people.
